Per Section VIII, the ordinance is applicable to only unincorporated areas of Logan County. Please note this means if you have a nuisance concern which occurs within an incorporated village boundary, you must address the issue with the village. However, nuisance issues occurring within unincorporated areas of Logan County will be addressed or regulated by the LCDPH as required in the Ordinance.
