Press Release: Health Department Announces Additional COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

 

LCDPH is happy to provide vaccination appointments for people who live or work in Logan County, as well as neighboring counties!

Please find information about clinic dates below. Please call the office, (217) 735-2317, with any questions.

If you are under isolation or quarantine, you will not be allowed to enter the vaccine clinic. If you are on an antibiotic, you may not be able to receive the vaccine.

You must be over the age of 18 to register for a Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccine clinic.

 

1st Dose Johnson & Johnson: Walk-ins accepted from 7:45AM - 3:45PM on Wednesdays in November

1st and 2nd Dose Moderna: Walk-ins accepted from 7:45AM - 3:45PM on November 12th & 19th

We will accept walk-ins on Wednesdays in November in the Public Health Clinic from 8:00AM - 3:30PM
