Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., (walk-ins welcome)
- Please Note:
- For immunizations, clients need to sign in by 4:00 p.m. to allow time for forms to be completed.
- Foot care by appointment only, please call 217-735-2317
- TB skin test are given on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesdays only. The client must return two days later to have the test results read.
- Satellite Clinics:
- Friendship Manor, 2nd Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
- Logan Court High Rise, 2nd Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Dental Clinic Schedule
Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., (appointment required)

Currently serving Medicaid eligible children 20 years of age and younger, pregnant women and uninsured or underinsured children on a sliding fee basis.
