4:30 p.m., (walk-ins welcome)

- For immunizations, clients need to sign in by 4:00 p.m. to allow
time for forms to be completed
- Foot care by
appointment only, please call 217-735-2317
- TB skin test
are given on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesdays only. The client must
return two days later to have the test results read

Dental Clinic
Schedule
Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.

The dental clinic
serves Medicaid eligible children and adults free of charge and uninsured or
underinsured children and adults on a sliding fee basis.

Preventative care including exams,
x-rays, and hygiene service

Restorative care including fillings,
root canals, crowns, extractions, and dentures
